Hi Everybody,
We hope everybody is doing well.
We added another member to our family this past weekend and we're so excited.
His name is "Hoss" and he's a 2 year-old Harlequin Great Dane.
We adopted him from a rescue out in Norco that is run by none other than TV's "Robin", Burt Ward, from the original "Batman & Robin" series.
"Hoss" came from a family that was moving and couldn't take him with them.
Too bad for them but great for us because he is such a LOVE.
They must really miss him.
Just since Friday, "Hoss" already knows who his new Daddy is and follows him around.
He looks for him when he's gone and naps with him during the day.
At night, he has taken over Siati's bed, but Siati doesn't mind one bit.
And "Brutus" our border-collie mix (7 1/2 years old) is also getting along with him just fine.
Attached are some photos.
Enjoy!
Love,
Jack, Monika, Siati, "Brutus" and "Hoss"
"Amos" gets a new family

Happy New Customers of Our World Class Canine Cuisine!

"Lucky" and "Skipper"
(our dog food is excellent for all breeds of dogs)
Hi Burt and Tracy,
I have never met the two of you but I'm grateful that your organization came out with the Gentle Giants Canine Cuisine!!!
A volunteer sent me your write up about your dog food and I just had to give it to my dogs to test.
Previously, I had to put a little bit of "people" and canned dog food in with their dry food.
I received a bag of your dog food and fed it right away to my two dogs, "Lucky" and "Skipper."
"Skipper" will just about eat anything, but "Lucky" is a finicky eater.
Not any more, thanks to your dog food!
The first day, they both gobbled it down without any wet food!
I think "Lucky" stopped eating halfway and realized that there was something missing in the food (it was pretty funny to watch!).
By the third day, the dogs still loved it but I did have to add about 1/4 cup of wet food which is a whole lot less than normal.
I use your Gentle Giants Canine Cuisine as a treat where we play catch with the food.
Of course, "Skipper" can't really play since he can't see all that well, but I make him chase the food for exercise!!!
"Lucky" practices catching without dropping. Fun all around . . .
I wish that you all would consider selling your wonderful dog food at Petsmart or Petco since those stores are closer to my home!!!!
Anyway, I hope the idea moves fast because my dogs really love it!!
Thanks so much!!!
Brigid Baty

| Burt, We just got the dog food, and I could hardly get the box open soon enough for "Hero" "Joey" and "Cookie" (see photo right). "Hero" then started licking the bag and I gave them all a handful, and it was gone in a flash. "Hero" is now playing with the box, an added bonus. Thanks so much for following up so quickly. I know you are all very busy. Again, thanks. Keli |

Hi Burt,
Hope you and Tracy and Melody are well.
I'm sure you're swamped, but I wanted to ask if we could come next Saturday and pick up 4 or 5 bags of food.
We have almost exhausted our supply - have a little over a week left of your Gentle Giants food.
It's funny, "Aidan" our Wolfhound, was a REALLY picky eater and is at a very gangly stage.
He's about 10 months old and only weighs 110 lbs.
Well, when we introduced him to your food, he has put on 5 lbs. already and looks much better.
Everyone else wolfs it down.
Even little "Tony" with her little tiny feet, will twirl around where "Clyde" eats (on his elevated table).
And if he leaves even one kibble (unusual), she will jump onto the table where "Clyde" eats and wolf it down.
She has hypothyroidism, and even though she has been on her thyroid supplement, her coat really hadn't gotten
that much better until she started your food.
Now, her hair is becoming more lustrous and full and she smiles all the time.
Thank you so much for "Tony" and "Clyde."
We love them so very much!!!
"Clyde" gets mad every Thursday when the yard guy comes.
I had to shut the blinds, but he still knows when someone is on HIS property and he wants them OFF!!! NOW!!!
He doesn't look like the loving soul he is when the yard guy comes, he actually frowns and his hair stands up
straight and he growls.
I have never seen anyone cut the grass so fast as when "Clyde" is looking out the window at him and making that
bad face he can make.
It's really very funny.
Of course, you know i let the dogs get away with murder around here, but they constantly amaze me with their intellect.
As a matter of fact, SO DO YOU!!!
Take care, and, if ok with you, we will see you next week-end.
Love and Kisses and big Smooches from the gang.
Robin
